A 1-day intensive followed by a 30-day launch period where we will:
Define your 3 key processes—how you sell, how you deliver, and how you collect money—then identify what people need to know in order to execute on them.
Document what you’ve defined by developing (3) playbooks you’ll use to train your team. These are the videos, operating procedures, best practices, checklists & cheat sheets that make your key processes come to life.
Delegate your processes by building momentum around a Playbook Launch event, accelerating adoption by your team. We’ll guide you through it, then help you use your new playbook to drive accountability—the only thing that really matters.
When we’re done, you’ll be armed with:
Clarity on what’s working in your business at this point in time
Simple, solid content to train your growing team, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction
A robust learning management system that takes the heavy lifting out of operationalizing your playbooks, and helps you drive accountability throughout your organization
